Funds may take an additional 10–15 business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the payment method.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees vary by region and will be communicated during the return process. For the Earth to Earth initiative, return shipping is free; customers can obtain a shipping tag from our customer support team.
Condition for Refunds: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. If an item does not pass inspection, it will be returned to the customer at their cost.
